Pubs and restaurant fit out and refurbishment works form the core element of our business portfolio, with over 1,000 projects completed over the last five years.

The company has excellent working relationships with many of the major players within this market which have been developed over a number of years and have been based on a reputation for completing difficult projects within very tight timescales and always to the client’s expectations. We pride ourselves on a “handover” to the client that is on time and to an excellent standard.

We carry out works to many of the major well known brands including Brewers Fayres, Yates Wine Lodge, Chef and Brewer Restaurants, Beefeater Restaurants, KFC Restaurants, Slug and Lettuce Bars, Revolution Vodka Bars, John Barras Pubs, Hungry Horse Pubs, Varsity Bars and others. Whilst at the same time carrying out projects for first time operators, establishments operated by lessees and other general projects which do not form part of a national brand.

Examples of work

The Pump House, Liverpool
This eight week contract involved a large amount of structural propping works to the existing pump house tower, installation of new floor levels and completion of all fit out works to a high specification finish. The complexity of the sites location on the Albert Dock at Liverpool were overcome by our dedicated and highly skilled workforce.

Café Royal, Edinburgh
This city centre, listed building involved intricate, specialist works including gold leaf decoration to the existing cornice and ceiling details, diamond polishing and restoration of the existing marble floors and a full refurbishment to the trade areas and basement area toilets.

Mumbai Restaurant, Wakefield
This project was carried out for a private Client and involved the strip out of an existing bank to convert it into an Indian Restaurant.
