Case Study: Leisure industry giants Whitbread’s best performing restaurant within the UK was transformed as part of an 100k refurbishment within the ‘Orange Cow’ roll out programme. The existing restaurant and bar areas were transformed from the old Beefeater Grill branding to the new, more modern ‘Orange Cow’ specification. The scheme consisted of strip out and necessary alteration works and was finished with the introduction of a new style bar backfitting, fixed seating, various screens and branded artwork. Added to this a complete internal and external redecoration with brand new floor finishes, the restaurant has been provided with the ideal basis on which to maintain and improve on its excellent reputation and popularity. The scheme also consisted of various builders work items within the kitchen area to facilitate install of an upgraded kitchen inclusive of roofing works to external cold store, new floor finishes and re-decorations. The Haywain is an important part of the Beefeater restaurant estate which adds to our Whitbread portfolio of works undertaken for Premier Inn, Thyme Restaurants for Premier Inn, Costa Coffee and Brewers Fayre.
