Case Study: Las Iguanas which is situated in the village centre in Longleat Center Parcs was previously a Café Rouge restaurant. The works were undertaken outside working hours so as not to affect the Center Parcs guests. It was an exciting and challenging 6 week programme which involved the full demolition of the existing Café Rouge restaurant and the installation of various structures including Favela mountain rafts, timber canopies, suspended rafts above the bar, over a mile of key clamp scaffolding tubes/fittings and a variety of decorative bar finishes, floor finishes, fixed seating elements, tiled finishes, etc. As part of the works a new children’s play area was also created together with the refurbishment of the existing toilets. The project was successfully delivered on time and to budget and to everyone’s satisfaction.
