Entertainment
On a larger scale we have undertaken several theatre projects throughout the country which include amongst other things the remodelling of existing layouts to incorporate new “box office” sales areas and new leisure facilities for Live Nation.

Education
Refurbishment projects for Pendleton College and York University involved works to existing swimming pool areas, dance studios, classroom remodelling and corridor works.

Office fit outs
Fit out and refurbishment of several commercial office units, integrating high specification data cabling installations, with bespoke design products to create an enjoyable working environment.

Sporting Facilities
The main contractor for Rochdale Judo Club which was partly funded by the national lottery in association with Sport England which involved the extension of the existing practice hall, spectator area and changing rooms. Our management and administration department are fully conversant with the requirements and complexities of all the required form filling required in the application for a lottery funded grant.

Domestic
Domestic renovation and refurbishment projects include kitchen fit outs, home gymnasium and home office installations, where we offer a “full service” package which enables us to handle every element of a domestic project from design to completion.
