In this sector our clients include Whitbread Group Plc, Spirit Group, Greene King and Admiral Taverns. We have completed a large number of projects which include the refurbishment of existing rooms and the fitting out of new hotel rooms in various areas of the country.

The vast majority of the projects have been for the Spirit Group, updating the “Goodnight Inns” chain of hotels including signature sites such as The Greswolde Hotel, Solihull.

We have also recently completed works for Whitbread Group Plc on a 13 storey Premier Inn in the centre of Sheffield which incorporated a new automated check in reception area, with bar and restaurant facilities.
